Friday September 26th 2008 - POPTASTIC @ NG1
THE BIG ONE! Poptastic is back! This is the big night out we have each month. Campus meet with Sami on the Portland Building steps, Lake Side, at 20:00 and town meet with Robbie at the Left Lion in Old Market Square at 20:30. We are going to head to Cucamaras for 20:35 - 21:05. Then onto Vodka Revolution for 21:15 - 21:55. We are then going to head to Niche for 22:00 - 22:30 and then arrive at NG1 around 22:40. This is always a great event and will be an awesome first event for the new year!
Thursday October 2nd 2008 – Meet & Greet
As we are starting a whole new year of study, this is an oppotunity for everyone to meet up and say hi and for all you new Fresher types to come along and meet your committee and some of the other members of the LGBT Assocciation. We are going to meet at 19:30 for an hour and then go to Mooch Bar (downstairs in the Portland Building) for a few drinks.

Saturday October 11th 2008 - Notts Scene Crawl
This is an event designed to introduce everybody, whether returners or Freshers, to the gay scene in Nottingham. We are going to visit all of gay / gay friendly pubs and end up in NG1 for a good old boogie. Campus meet is going to be done by Robbie. Meet him on the Portland Building steps, Lake Side, at 19:45 or meet Sami at the left lion in town at 20:15. We are going to start off at the Lord Roberts @ 20:25 - 21:00. We are then going to take the short walk over to the New Foresters for 21:10 - 21:40. After this, we are going to move over to Niche for 21:45 - 22:15. Finally, we are going to treat you all to wonder that is @d2 for 22:20 - 22:50. @d2 is right next door to NG1 so we can then role into NG1 for just before 23:00 to carry on the party until the early hours of the moring.
Tuesday October 14th 2008 - Gayser Quest
This has been a very popular event in the past. We are going to head over to Laser Quest, which is located behind Dunkirk and is a 15 minute walk from South Entrance of University Park. We are going to meet on campus @ 18:30 on the steps of the Portland Buildin, Lake Side.

Thursday October 23rd 2008 - Sex Games
Yes, that's right, we are having a night of sex! Let me explain... Matt, who is our fabulous Chair, is running a night entitled 'Sex Games'. He is going to discus everything sex, and when I say everything, I mean everything! When Matt has done this event in the past, it has had an excelent response. Come along and see what it's all about. This session is going to start at 19:30 in the Portland Building.

We are going to head to Lloyds Bar for 20:35 - 21:05. Then onto Vodka Revolution [Corner Hourse] for 21:15 - 21:55. We are then going to head to Niche for 22:00 - 22:30 and then arrive at NG1 around 22:40. If you enjoyed the first POPTASTIC in September, come along and sake your *rse in NG1 all night long!
Friday November 14th 2008 - Trip
Ask anybody who has been on our trips in the past, THEY ROCK! We are going to head to Liverpool for an awesome night out exploring the gay scene of Liverpool. As this night will require a mini bus, space, unfortunately, will be limitted. We will be leaving campus about 18:30 on this night to ensure that we are in Liverpool before 21:00 to make the most of the night!

Thursday November 20th 2008 - Film Night
This is a very relaxed event. We are going to hire a room in the Portland Building or Trent Building for the night and wack on a good old film for us all to watch. This event will start at 19:00. We are going head down to Mooch Bar for a few drinks afterwards. This should be about 20:45 ish. Any suggestions of films to watch are most welcome; no pornography though! Sorry guys.

Wednesday December 10th 2008 - Bye for Christmas
We are going to head to Mooch Bar in the Portland Building for a few drinks to say bye before breaking up for the Christmas Holidays. We are going to meet in Mooch Bar @ 19:30.
